Your morning run is a quest.
EverRun turns the kilometres you run and the steps you walk into a pixel fantasy adventure. The fitter you get, the stronger your hero grows. Take real-world landmarks as forts, raise an army, duel rivals and rule castles with your alliance.
What you do out here pays off in there.
You get fitter in the real world, and your hero gets stronger in the pixel world. Every level, every troop and every fort comes from moving.
Longer runs pay more per kilometre
EXP, gold and followers all get the bonusThe Watch buzzes 200 m before each bonus, so you know when one more push is worth it.
Your Watch records the run. Your phone is the realm.
You need an Apple Watch to play. It records every run and counts your daily steps, with your hero on your wrist the whole way. The iPhone app is where you spend what you earned: levels, gear, troops, forts and battles.
Counts real running
The Watch checks your steps per minute and heart rate as you go, so a run counts as a run. A drive or a bike ride won't.
Treadmills count in full
No GPS is used at all. Indoor and treadmill runs earn exactly the same as running outside.
On your watch face
A complication shows your hero and today's steps, and switches to your live distance and time while you run.
Saved to Health
Every run is saved to Apple Health as an indoor run workout, so it counts towards your rings too.
An iPhone and an Apple Watch. The Watch is half the game: without it, nothing records your runs or steps. Android and Garmin aren't supported yet.
Run. Earn. Grow. Conquer.
Run
Start a run on your Watch: a street, a park or a treadmill. Walk the rest of the day as normal.
Earn
EXP and gold from every kilometre. Followers join your cause as you run and walk.
Grow
Spend EXP on levels, stats and skills. Buy class gear sets with gold. Train followers into troops.

Conquer
Take forts at real landmarks near you. Rule castles with your alliance. Climb the monthly boards.
Four classes. Three looks each. Up to three heroes.
Pick the hero that fits how you want to play. Each class has its own skills, its own gear sets with set bonuses, and its own boost for the troops it leads.
Levels without a cap
There's no level where running stops paying. Every level, stat point and skill rank is a choice of where your EXP goes.
Gear you earn
No free starter gear. Each class has four gear sets, unlocked by level and bought with gold from running and forts. Wear two or four pieces of a set for its bonus.
A roster of three
Recruit a second hero at level 15 and a third at 30. Your active hero goes with you; the others can defend any fort your side holds.
The landmarks near you are forts waiting to be taken.
Lookouts, parks, monuments and memorials become forts on the map. Historic castles, city gates and lighthouses become castles. Run there, fight the guards, and plant your flag.
The map only ever shows forts and castles. It never shows where a player is, or where anyone runs.

Make it harder to take
Hold it longer, earn more
Tribute grows the longer a fort is held, with milestone rewards at 7, 30 and 100 days. Defenders dig in for up to +20% defence, and forts within 1.5 km of each other back each other up. Every fort keeps a history of who held it.
How many you can hold
Start with 3 forts. Earn more at hero levels 10, 20 and 30, and after taking 50 forts, up to 7. Alliances hold one castle, with one more at alliance levels 5, 10, 15 and 20.
Defended while you sleep
Your hero and troops defend by the battle plan you choose: aggressive, defensive or support. You're told when a fort comes under attack.
Turn by turn, standing at the fort.
No one-button win. Go to the fort in person, bring up to five friends, and fight it out with skills and items while your troops clash beside you. A tank, a healer and a damage dealer together fight 15% harder.

Meet up. Square off.
Duel friends and rivals in person, from one-on-one up to five-a-side. Both sides need to be in the same place, so duels happen at the park after a group run, not from the couch. Wins count on the monthly duels board.
Every runner gathers followers. Followers become an army.
Followers join you as you run (20 for every kilometre) and as you walk. Train them into troops for free, upgrade each type with gold, and send them to hold forts with or without your hero.
Infantry
The front line. Holds firm and beats cavalry.
Archers
Hit from behind the wall. Beat infantry.
Cavalry
Fast and hard-hitting. Run down archers.
Send troops from anywhere.
Troops march to any fort your side holds in 30 minutes, however far away it is, so friends in different suburbs or cities can still fight together. Your hero only moves into a fort when you're there in person.
Faster marches
Alliance levels, the Rapid March buff and march items stack up to a 5-minute floor. Only an Eagle Dispatch arrives instantly.
Room to defend
A fort holds 1,000 troops and a castle 5,000. Garrison halls, Knight gear and a Rally Banner raise it, up to +150%.
Run together. Rule together.
Every member's runs, walks and battles earn the alliance EXP and gold. The alliance levels up to 20, unlocking more members, faster marches and room for more castles. The leader spends the treasury on buffs for everyone. No officers, no admin.
Calls for troops
When a fort needs help, the request pops up for the whole alliance. Answer it from anywhere and your troops march to the rescue. Castles under attack call for help on their own.
Cheer each other on
See your alliance's runs and cheer them. Run details stay private for anyone who'd rather not share.
Something to aim for every day, and every year.
Five daily quests mix walking, running, your army, your hero and the world map. Finish all five for a chest. Three weekly challenges pay bigger. Keep a streak going for streak chests at 3, 7, 14 and 30 days.
When the day ends, it's saved as a summary in your history: steps, runs, quests and achievements reached.
26 achievements, each in four tiers
Bronze, Silver, Gold and Legendary, each paying gold and EXP. Gold and Legendary tiers give a title to wear next to your name.
Rest days are part of the plan.
EverRun rewards showing up, not grinding yourself into an injury. Nobody can run every day, so the game doesn't ask you to.
Two rest days free
Your defenders' morale holds for two full days after you were last active. After that it eases off slowly and never drops below half.
Walking counts
A 5,000-step day keeps morale up just like a run. Everyday steps recruit troops too, so a recovery walk still moves you forward.
No reward for overdoing it
Runs pay up to a daily limit, so a 40 km day doesn't beat steady running across the week.
Your pace, your level
A slow 5 km pays the same as a fast one. Distance and consistency are what count, not speed.
Gold bars are rest days with no effect at all. Morale only matters for defending forts.
Your runs never give away where you live.
No routes, ever
The Watch doesn't use GPS for runs. The game only ever gets totals: distance, time, heart rate, steps.
Privacy mode
Hide your name, your profile and your forts. On the boards you show up as a private runner. Built for people in the forces and anyone who wants it.
Delayed reveal
Choose how long before a fort you take shows your name, so nobody can work out where you were today.
This month's leaders.
Monthly boards for distance, EXP, forts taken and duels, plus alliances. The top 10 runners win gold each month, and every member of the top three alliances gets paid.
Questions
Do I need an Apple Watch?
Yes. The Watch records your runs (distance, heart rate, steps per minute) and your daily steps, and shows your hero while you run. The iPhone app is where you play the rest of the game.
What about Android or Garmin?
Not yet. EverRun is iPhone and Apple Watch only for now.
Do treadmill runs count?
Yes, in full. EverRun doesn't use GPS for runs, so indoor and outdoor runs earn exactly the same.
I'm not fast. Is it still for me?
Yes. Rewards come from distance and consistency, not speed. Walking earns troops and keeps your forts' morale up, and two rest days cost nothing.
Can other players see where I am?
No. The game never records a route or your location. The map shows forts and castles, which are public landmarks. Privacy mode hides your name and forts entirely.
Do I have to go places to play?
To take a fort or duel, you go there in person. Everything else, like levelling up, training troops and sending them to defend, works from anywhere.
When can I play?
EverRun is in testing now and coming soon to the App Store.
